PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this module is to explore digital drawing through a variety of techniques and software applications. Throughout this module, you will be required to generate hundreds of different forms using specific tools and driven by specific prompts. This project is about generating visual forms and developing an awareness of what it means to do this in different software. You will be required to use Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign for this project.
Choose a basic object. Something simple but that has the potential for variation. Like hammer, cat, sun, tree, car, etc. This will be your inspiration.
Generate 30+ forms that represent your object in each of the applications Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
All forms will be solid black.
Experience similar/different tools in the various applications. Practice creating visual forms. Drawing. Lots and lots of drawing.
